• Account details — phone number, name, and profile information you provide when signing in or completing your profile.
• Location — approximate or precise location (with your permission) to show nearby indoor turfs.
• Booking & payment data — turf selections, slot times, and payment status. Card details are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store full card numbers.
• Device & usage — app interactions, device type, and diagnostic information that helps us keep the service reliable.
• Support messages — content you send when contacting support.

How we use information

• Provide and improve booking, discovery, and account features
• Process payments and send booking confirmations
• Respond to support requests
• Detect fraud, abuse, and technical issues

Sharing

We share information with turf owners as needed to fulfill bookings, with service providers who help us operate Offside (hosting, authentication, payments, analytics), and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep account and booking records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Your choices

• You can update profile details in the app

Children

Offside is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
