By downloading or using the Offside mobile applications or visiting offsideticket.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Offside.

The service

Offside is a marketplace that helps players discover indoor sports turfs and book time slots through our mobile apps. Turf availability, amenities, and pricing are set by turf owners. Booking, payment, and account features are available in the Offside apps on iOS and Android — not as a full web booking product on this site.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account (typically via phone OTP). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.

Bookings & payments

• Bookings are subject to turf owner confirmation and the rules shown in the app at checkout
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; refunds and cancellations follow the policy shown for each booking
• Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform, scrape data, or interfere with service integrity
• Harass turf owners, staff, or other users
• Use Offside for unlawful activity

Turf owners

Owners who list turfs are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, and on-site experience. Offside may remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

Disclaimers

Offside is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every turf listing is error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between players and turf owners arising from bookings fulfilled on-site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Offside after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
